A former partner of KPMG Corporate Finance, Craig has over 25 years of investment banking experience, including debt and equity finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, valuation and strategy. He has completed transactions for public and private corporations in many industries at values between $5 million and over $300 million. Craig is particularly experienced in the technology, cable television, media and entertainment areas, and led KPMG’s corporate finance industry specialization in the sector nationally. His experience in this and other sector through periods of rapid growth and consolidation includes advising many entrepreneurs in successfully unlocking the value created in their business careers.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Ryerson University, is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. Craig is active in community and charitable activities, and is a part time lecturer in corporate finance.
